Hi,

Looks nice, although I'd suggest another template to you since this one is too basic IMO. The content is good, but you need to use capital letters at the start of a new sentence.
Instead of writing 1), you can always use bullet points or numeric lists, which will make the blog nicer. Nice domain, good luck with your site!

No go on the dark theme. Make the site about the content, not the appearance. If I notice the look right away...
Plus white on black is hard for some of us old farts to read.
